$19.99
Bee Pollen is a by-product of the honey making process. The bees collect pollen from the flowers, mixed with nectar and bee saliva, then pack it into the honeycomb cells in the hive.
Consuming small amounts of Bee Pollen regularly has a number of related health benefits, since it’s packed with Vitamins A and B, as well as magnesium. It’s also a natural source of protein, iron and zinc.
How to Use
Keep refrigerated. Start out with smaller amounts, from a few granules to ½ teaspoon a day. Slowly increase the amount consumed, until you reach the recommended serving of 1 tablespoon per day.
Add Bee Pollen to smoothies, yogurt, cottage cheese, cereal, baked goods and salads!
